Account Deletion
This page explains how users of EvenShare can request deletion of their account and associated data. EvenShare is published by the developer reachable at info@namastack.com.
Delete Your Account In the App
- Open the EvenShare app.
- Go to the account or profile settings area.
- Choose the delete account option.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Delete Without Access to the App
If you cannot access the app, email info@namastack.com with the subject line EvenShare Account Deletion Request.
Include the following details in your request:
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- Your phone number used with the account, if applicable
- Your username, if known
Data Deleted
- Account profile information, including your name, username, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Saved payment method handles and account preferences
- Other personal account data linked directly to your profile in active systems
Data That May Be Retained
- Limited transaction or recordkeeping data if retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or operational compliance purposes
- System backup copies for a limited retention window before they are overwritten or removed
Retention Period
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Residual backup or security records may be retained for up to 90 days after the deletion request, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate security or fraud-prevention reasons.
